Oreo Cookie Icecream

Beat 4 eggs
Slowly add 1 3/4 c sugar. Mix well.

Add:
1 t vanilla
1 qt half and half
2 c milk
1 t salt
1 pint heavy whipping cream

Freeze partially.
Add 24 barely crushed Oreo cookies.
Finish freezing.

Yields: 4 quarts
