Mix 2/3 c coconut to 1 yellow cake mix, and prepare according to package directions.
Let cool.
Frosting:
1 c cold milk
1 small package vanilla Jello pudding
1/4 c pwdered sugar
1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip topping
Whip the milk, pudding and sugar for 2 minutes.
Gently stir in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate 15 minutes.
Sprinkle coconut on top.
