In a bowl, whip:
6 eggs
Add:
1/2 t salt
1 c milk
1 c flour
Melt 5 T butter in a 9X13 pan in the oven at 475.
Remove pan, and pour batter on top of melted butter.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 475.
peach topping:
Combine:
2 c fresh or frozen sliced peaches
4 t sugar
1 t lemon juice
